About Me
Hi, I’m Brianna Jewett
Clinical Mental Health Counselor & Art Therapist
I’m a graduate of Lesley University in Cambridge Massachusetts where I earned a dual degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy, with extensive experience supporting individuals through the complex effects of trauma, anxiety, and depression.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, creative expression, and human connection. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where adults can feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore their healing journey—at their own pace.
I believe therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. I meet each client where they are, incorporating both traditional talk therapy and expressive arts approaches depending on your comfort, needs, and goals.
My Approach
Therapy with me is:
Trauma-informed and strengths-based
Grounded in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration
Flexible: combining conversation with creative expression
Focused on building emotional safety and self-trust
Whether you’re new to therapy or returning to it after some time, we’ll co-create a space that supports your healing and growth. For clients open to exploring creativity, art therapy can offer new ways to process emotions, build resilience, and reconnect with your sense of self.
Clinical Experience
I’ve supported individuals and families across a wide range of ages and needs, including:
In-home therapy for youth and families at Youth Villages (Manchester, NH)
Expressive arts therapy with students (ages 8–22) at CREST Collaborative (Andover, MA)
Wellness and creative engagement with older adults through Opening Minds Through Art (Jamaica Plain, MA)
These roles have allowed me to work in diverse and multidisciplinary environments, deepen my clinical and creative practice, and build strong therapeutic relationships across age, culture, and ability.
Who I Work With
I specialize in supporting adults (18+) experiencing:
Anxiety & chronic worry
Depression & disconnection
PTSD & complex trauma
Emotional overwhelm or shutdown
Identity challenges or life transitions
Grief, loss, and unresolved pain
What You Can Expect
Each session is tailored to you. I value building a foundation of trust and safety first—because healing happens in relationship.
You can expect:
A collaborative, client-centered process
Culturally competent and inclusive care
An invitation (not a requirement) to explore creative tools like art-making, journaling, or visualization
A pace that respects your boundaries
